Gwidon Construction was incorporated in 1993 started by Gwidon Milczynski. Gwidon has a master’s degree in civil engineering and an architectural diploma with a breath of knowledge in both design and execution of numerous residential and commercial projects. Over the years the complexity and size of the projects handled by Gwidon Construction grew to what the company does today. In 2005 Gwidon Construction has changed name to Gwidon Homes & Renos.

Today Gwidon Homes & Renos Ltd. with its employees and trusted group of subcontractors is a company that is licensed to work in the City of Edmonton, Strathcona County and City of Leduc; it is liability insured bonded and a member of the Edmonton Region Home Builders Association and National Home Warranty Program.

Gwidon’s partner is his son Rafal who has a diploma in management and is a real estate agent registered with the Edmonton Real Estate Board. Working as a team Gwidon and Rafal oversee the operations of the company and its projects.

Gwidon Homes & Renos Ltd. has been distinguished several times for their design and execution of the projects as a Sam Awards Finalist as well as a finalist in the Awards of Excellence. Gwidon and his staff are committed to high quality of construction and customer service.

Gwidon Homes & Renos Ltd. began as a renovation company and started to work in new construction in 2000. It was only a natural step for Gwidon and Rafal as the company already produced renovations as extensive and expensive as new homes.

New homes constructed by Gwidon Homes & Renos Ltd. reflect the average prices in the market place; designs vary from 1400-1800 SF with high-end finishes including hardwoods and ceramic tile. The portfolio of designs reflects the companies’ philosophy of open and bright spaces.

Gwidon Homes & Renos Ltd. plans to construct between 5-10 homes in 2003 and grow to a level of 35-50 homes a year within next 5 years.
